The hotel is located in a wonderful spot, beautifully taken care of, and offers regular avionette connections with the SJO airport. Although the rooms initially had a musty smell and the bathroom was not entirely clean upon arrival, the location is a definite highlight. However, the service, despite being pretty friendly overall, had some issues regarding respect towards family members, making the overall experience less comfortable than expected.
